Our Needham-based financial services client is seeking a title office clerk to join their growing team!
This position is a fully in-office role, with the hourly schedule being Monday to Friday, 9AM-5:30PM.
The salary for this position is $19 per hour.
For this role, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
This is a role with great growth potential with the opportunity to learn about the auto finance industry.
Responsibilities Manage and maintain records of all car titles, including requesting duplicates and processing title transfers.Record collateral information in the company database.Investigate the status of titles to ensure compliance with agreement terms.Prepare legal files as requested.Assist clients with vehicle registration processes.Collect necessary documentation from dealerships and DMVs.Communicate with DMVs regarding registration requests.Provide support to management, vendors, and staff as needed.Investigate issues throughout the title life Qualifications High school diploma/GED equivalent1+ years of Administrative, Office Administrator, Clerk, Data entry, and/or Customer Service experiencePassion for working independently to achieve your goalsPositive "can do" attitudePrior Excel experience Ability to multitask Detail-orientedExcellent communication skillsBenefits · Competitive health and welfare benefits
