Job Summary:This position requires comprehension skills and attention to detail. This job involves coordinating internally to generate vendor/customer billing. This includes verifying prices and processing data from the service database into SAP in an efficient and organized manner. Responsible for the routine correspondence internally and other clerical functions relating to customer and vendor billing.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance related field is preferred. 2 years of experience in a general accounting, AP/AR, or finance role preferred. A mathematical aptitude paired with proficiency in detailed communication (both orally and written) is necessary. Must be able to multi-task with professionalism and efficiency A positive, yet assertive manner is required as this position will be working with internal, as well as external contacts SAP knowledge and aptitude are critical (AP/AR experience with this software especially) Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ingersoll Rand Inc.
