Your responsibilities will include: Resolving partner billing inquiries through various communication channels Collaborating with other departments to address billing issues Assisting with past due collections efforts Maintaining accurate billing and collections information in Salesforce Developing a strong understanding of our billing processes Reconciling client accounts, including those with multiple currencies What We're Looking For in a Billing Analyst: Recent graduate with relevant work experience or transferable skills Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build professional relationships Positive attitude with a drive for success in the IT industry Ability to work effectively in a team environment Motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset
