Billing Analyst

Our client is currently seeking a Billing Analyst to join the accounting and finance team!

Responsibilities of the Billing Analyst: The Billing Analyst will process and send bill out to clients on a monthly basis Work closely with the Accounting team as well as employees in different departments The Billing Analyst is responsible for contacting clients regarding past due invoices Update the master billing spreadsheet regularly Preferred qualifications of the Billing Analyst: Prior billing or accounts receivable experience is required Strong experience working in the Accounting field, preferably in financial services Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and formulas
