Billing And Intake Administratve Assistant

Join the fastest-growing family law firm in San Antonio, TX. As a Intake & Billing Admin Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and legal tasks, including:
Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to become familiar with their casesConducting basic research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have meritEvaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the firmScheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidatesOnboarding new clients by filling out necessary paperwork and putting together initial case filesEntering client information into computer systemsKeeping client billing accurate and up-to-datePerforming administrative support tasks as assigned Qualifications: Sales experience, a plus.Understanding of legal administrative work.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience working in a law firm, a plus.Experience handling data and confidential information. This is full-time, in-office/on-site role.
