This position is responsible for real-time coding all correspondence received through lockbox and saving and creating Issue Trak tickets for Medicaid Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Medicaid Responsibilities Downloading EOBs from web portalsSaving EOBs according to workflow DirectionsCreating Issue Trak tickets for each EOBsOther clerical duties as neededChase Lockbox Responsibilities Ensure all checks and correspondence images are coded according to facility IDEnsure any correspondences that belong to a department are sent via email with attachmentsGenerate a report daily to verify all checks and correspondences have been coded with a facility IDEnsure any Medicaid correspondence is assigned to the Medicaid TeamRequirements Great oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goalsAbility to work independently as well as with a teamMS Excel knowledge is a plus INDHRM200
