Polsinelli PC, has an immediate opening for a Billing Coordinator in our Dallas, St. Louis (Clayton), Denver, Atlanta, or Chicago office.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years billing experience in a professional services industry, be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment and be able to adjust as needed to the firms continually growing needs.
Core Responsibilities: Prepare, print and distribute prebills according to firm standardsRevise prebills as directed; carefully execute complex adjustments in an accurate and timely mannerPrepare and distribute invoices as instructedCoordinate with ebilling department to resolve rejections for ebilled invoicesRespond to client and attorney billing inquiries promptly and completely; maintain highest level of customer serviceIdentify and resolve billing inaccuraciesRegularly participate in meetings with billing attorneys as assignedProficient in 3E, Proforma Tracker, InTapp Time, Microsoft Word & ExcelSeek opportunities for growth, offer assistance with special projects.Suggest improvements for billing process and systems procedures.Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: Two-year degree preferred or related work experience of at least 3 yearsProfessional service firm experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with all levels of management and staffStrong organizational and time management skillsHighest standards of honesty and integrityProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsElite Enterprise/3E and Bill Blast experience a plus
