Insight Global is looking for a billing reimbursement specialist.
They will be working on the Medicare team for the follow up and reconciliation and billing processes team.
They will be contacting employers, insurance carriers and Medicare parties for interpretation of coverage.
This involves meticulously checking each claim for accuracy, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included, and verifying that the services billed are covered under the patients insurance plan.
The specialist communicates with insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or denials, often requiring detailed explanations and follow-up documentation.
They also interact with healthcare providers to clarify any ambiguities in the claims and to gather additional information when needed.

2+ years experience in Medicare Billing
Experience in hospital follow up and reconciliation
Experience with WPS/DDE
Knowledge of Medicare A+B
Executes denial appeals process to resolve appeals with third-party payers Medicare
Education requirement: HS Diploma
