Billing Specialist

Our client, a leading Hamptons service business, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join its accounting team. The company is very stable and offers a generous benefits package.
Responsibilities: Review customer accounts and records to ensure accuracy and completeness in billing their accounts.Process refunds, billing adjustments, and credits as needed due to changing data within the account.Respond to billing inquiries and requests from clients via phone, email, or online chat in a timely and professional manner.Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure prompt resolution.Provide support to the accounting department with data entry, invoice generation, and other administrative tasks as needed.Assist with account reconciliations, billing reconciliations, and other financial reporting tasks as assigned.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to clients and address their concerns effectively.Additional accounting tasks as needed and directed by the Accounting Department.Pay: $55,000.00 - $68,000.00
