In this position, you will have a vital role in ensuring we provide Carbon Health patients with excellent customer service. You will be directly helping patients through inbound and outbound billing inquiries. You will be responsible to ensure they have a positive and satisfactory experience. This is a forward-facing role with high visibility and importance at Carbon Health.
\n What You'll DoProvide exceptional friendliness, empathy, and thorough customer service to patients inquiring about their bills via phone and emailResearch and investigate billing concernsEnter updated billing information into our systems and partner with other teams as neededProvide input to help elevate process improvements that will benefit patients, clinicians, colleagues, and overall operationsWork cross-functionally to assist our patients with Carbon Health servicesTake patient payments Maintain operation integrity according to the Carbon Health guidelines About YouYou have 1+ years of medical billing experience Comfortable working knowledge of Apple products, GSuite, and ExcelYou thrive in challenging situations with a focused and calm approachDeep knowledge of health insurance in general Strong communication and customer services skills
