Our research focuses on developing cutting-edge computational methods to analyze vast datasets at single-cell resolution, including transcriptomic and spatial data.
These approaches aim to unravel the complexity of cell-cell communication, brain-immune crosstalk, and genotype-phenotype relationships, which are critical for understanding the molecular underpinnings of health and disease.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Collaborate on short and long term independent research projects to support scientific research objectives of the lab.
Utilize programming skills to design and implement tools directly related to biological research.
The research includes the analysis of high throughput single-cell sequencing data, spatial transcriptomics data, development of code and algorithms to study questions related to single cell genomics and using statistical tools to evaluate different hypothesis CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES Maintain and improve single cell omics and spatial database and processing pipelines Develop and implement existing and new computational methods and tools for high-throughput analysis of diverse data.
