The GSK BioPharm Manufacturing Associate Apprentice Program is a full-time entry-level opportunity for high school graduates and community college students.The program offers the opportunity to begin a career while studying for an associate's degree, fully funded by GSK.No college debt is incurred by participating in the program.

Responsibilities
• Perform complex manufacturing processes in a highly regulated environment, ensuring quality and safety.• Operate specialized highly automated equipment to make products.• Prepare media and buffer solutions for manufacturing processes.• Monitor the growth and health of cell cultures to check product quality.• Monitor and analyze production processes and data using various instruments and control systems.• Work in teams to continuously improve the functionality of automated equipment and processes.• Work in a compliant manner to ensure safety and environmental protection.
Requirements
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency diploma earned by June 2024.• High school GPA of 2.5 or above in English, math (Algebra and Geometry), biology, and chemistry.• 0-30 college credits.• Preferred requirements include studying AP Biology or Chemistry, more than 1 life science, High School Physics, and Pre-Calculus.• Must be 18 years of age by August 1, 2024.• Less than 2 years of related work experience since graduating from high school.• Must be willing to enroll and meet entry requirements with one of GSK's partnering community colleges or technical institutions.
