Description General Summary: Hosts and conducts birthday parties by leading the arrival and departure process, performing party-related operations, and facilitating structured play.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct activities related to the daily preparation of birthday party arrivals
Works with other Birthday Party Presenters to ensure that party assignments are understood and organized Ensures that rooms are neat, clean, and set up appropriately Communicates with other staff members working at the facility as to what parties they will be conducting Prepares food, drinks, party favors, and gift bags as required Manage the birthday party arrival and departure process Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival Ensures that the arrival process is organized and that all check-in tasks are completed Communicates with guests to discuss the party details, make changes as necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of the customer, and become aware of any other special requests Thanks guests for attending birthday parties upon departure Helps deliver gifts given to the birthday child to the caregivers vehicle Solicits feedback from party goers and provides feedback and any other significant information about the party to the Site Coordinator Cleans birthday party rooms after departure Perform operations related to birthday parties Leads party goers in guided play throughout the facility Ensures a high-quality, informative, and educational experience for party attendees Conducts theme-related activities during the party as needed Serves cake and refreshments during the party Makes changes to party operations as necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of the customer Demonstrate behavior consistent with the organizational culture Continually maintain an outwardly positive demeanor toward coworkers and visitors Maintain a team-oriented approach and can-do attitude Assist other team members and departments in their responsibilities when help is needed Display flexibility in an ever-changing environment Assist in training and share business-related knowledge with fellow employees Competencies:

Computer Skills Must be able to effectively operate a computer, work with point-of-sale software, and have a base knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
Fluency in Spanish a plus.
