The Lubricant Sales Specialist, known internally as a Blended Oil Specialist, focuses on building business within their territories, as well as growing the lubricant line of business within our existing book of customers. The territory includes northern Chicago up to the greater Milwaukee area, and will involve travel approximately 3 nights per month. Responsibilities include meeting monthly growth targets and quotas, prospecting, customer visits, attending branch and service staff meetings, and existing customer follow-up in person, on the phone, and email.

Drive new and profitable business through cold calling, networking, internal and external leads, existing customers and other associated methods.Daily in person customer visits and prospecting.Achieving monthly goals for growth and quotaPrepare sales plans and forecasts, monitor and track plans to ensure sales quota is met and/or exceeded.Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing CH's vast product and service offerings.CRM for activity management and growth initiativesPrepare information for customer specific requests, including role and scope of job, including margins and overall profitability.Weekly travel is required, with overnight travel as required.Ability to bridge cross functional boundaries within an organization, ability to make decisions in an adverse situation.Strong business acumen, strong computer skills (MS Office), time management and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving skills, prior experience using CRM software tools and reporting.5+ years business to business sales experience Safety-Kleen Systems, a Clean Harbors Co., has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
