Blender And Loader Operator

Syndeo Staffing has a direct hire opportunity as a Blender and Loader Operator to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company. The Blender and Loader Operator is responsible for operating a front-end loader, forklift, and blending equipment to blend raw materials according to specific formulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Pay: $16-$18 BOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (your work week is 42.5 hours and overtime may be required during busy seasons) Responsibilities Set up and operate blending equipment according to production schedule and specific formulations. Operate a front-end loader and forklift to safely and efficiently move and load dry ingredients into a hopper. Operate and tend machine to blend materials. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loader and forklift to ensure they are functioning properly. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Clean and organize work area to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience operating a front-end loader and blending equipment in a manufacturing or production setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic math skills and ability to accurately weigh materials. Previous experience operating a front-end loader and forklift. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
