The therapeutic, sensory-driven Multi-Needs Program serves individuals ages 3 through 21 with medical, developmental, and physical disabilities. Through the Life Skills Program, teachers and paraprofessionals provide individualized functional curriculum and supports for students who are diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, specific learning disabilities, and developmental disabilities.You will make a difference in the lives of our students in the following ways:Conduct Functional Analysis Assessment and Functional Behavior AssessmentsWrite and implement behavior plansCreate appropriate data collection systems to track student progressReport quarterly on behavior goals and data included in a student's IEPFacilitate weekly behavior support meetingsProvide ongoing coaching and training within and outside of the classroomTrain and supervise classroom Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs)Lead crisis team as a Professional Crisis Management (PCM) trainerPlease note that this job summary is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
