*Position Overview:*The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Coordinator plays a critical role in overseeing and coordinating behavior intervention services. This position is responsible for ensuring the implementation of high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) programs for clients, supervising staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders, including families and other professionals. The BCBA Coordinator will manage the daily operations of ABA services, providing leadership, training, and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.*Key Responsibilities:** *Program Development and Supervision** *Training and Development** *Client and Family Interaction** *Documentation and Compliance** *Team Collaboration** *Other Duties** *Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current in the field of ABA.** *Ensure that all client and staff concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.**Qualifications:** Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).* 2-3 years of experience working as a BCBA, with experience in program management and staff supervision.* Strong understanding of ABA principles and the ability to apply them in various clinical settings.* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.* Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and documentation.* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain strong relationships with families and clients.*Preferred Skills:** Experience coordinating ABA services in a clinical or school setting.* Knowledge of billing, insurance, and compliance procedures related to ABA therapy.* Bilingual skills (if applicable).*Work Environment:*This position may require work in clinical settings or schools. Some local travel may be required to oversee client services.
