Job Requirements* Must hold a valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* Must have the ability to travel within the Orange County area (Regional)* Must undergo and pass a background check* Must hold a valid drivers license and car insurance* Must be eligible to work in the United States2. Job Duties* Conducting behavioral analytic assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention* Establish and maintain data measurement, collection, and analysis systems for clients* Writing and revising analytic behavior programs* Training staff and caregivers on behavior analytic programs* Keep current with the literature, new research findings and resources. In addition, continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are necessary (32 credits every 2 years)* Coordination of care with other service providers (e.g., speech, OT).* Attend weekly supervisor meetings* Accept all other job responsibilities as assigned3.
