*HR Alliance *is seeking a result-driven *BCBA *to join our team.
The candidate must be able to collaborate, support one another, and overcome the obstacles associated with the diagnoses, together.
Also, the candidate must be able to supervise those that are obtaining their BCBA certifications per the board.
*BCBA Requirements:*
* Master's degree in ABA or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines
* BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing
* Active LARA license
* At least 2 years' experience as a BCBA
* Resides in the area or surrounding area where the candidate is applying
* Travel to the client's location as needed
* Previous supervision experience is preferred
* Crisis management experience is preferred

* Update goals and progress in real-time.
* Model and train technicians and supervisors (QBHPs) to implement treatment plan targets effectively by demonstrating knowledge of conducting assessments and reviewing assessments per the job description (AFLS,VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, and PEAK).
* Perform admin-related tasks effectively and efficiently.
* Oversee the supervisors and provide them with constructive feedback to improve their work and performance.
* Collaborate with technicians by teaching and empowering them to implement result-driven ABA practices.
* Structure sessions to ensure each service hour is accounted for.
* Schedule make-up hours and submit documentation promptly.
* Operate the center where clients and their families can achieve their goals collaboratively.
* Keep track of clients' status and coordinate with HR regarding hiring needs.
* Follow written and oral instructions as needed.
* Handle sensitive materials while honoring HIPAA regulations.
* Conduct and write accurate assessments based on individual client needs.
* Show care and commitment to the success of technicians and others.
* Communicate professionally with all stakeholders.
* Address and resolve conflicts efficiently, encouraging others to do the same.
* Teach and uphold professionalism in alignment with BACB standards.

*Working Arrangement:*
* Office hours is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with office located at Troy, Michigan.
* Clinical hours will vary depending on the agreed availability between the client and the clinical team.
* The work location varies on a case-by-case basis and can include the client's home, a company facility, or community.
* The candidate would be servicing clients from Southwest and Southeast Michigan.
