*Positions Details:*




As a SkyCare BCBA, you can put your skills and experience to beneficial use in helping those with autism in your community while gaining access to all the resources that SkyCare ABA offers.
The BCBA provides in-home, school-based, or clinic-based supervision and implements a combination of NET and DTT services




*Responsibilities:*


* Direct and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians


* Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess performance of programs and adjust as necessary


* Develop behavior plans and programs to reduce problem behaviors and teach functional skills to children of various ages and skill sets


* Implement data collections systems that work for you and your families


* Organize, review, and maintain data collection for program development on Central Reach


* Work collaboratively and effectively with clinicians, office staff, families and directors




*Requirements:*


* Active BCBA certificate


* 1 year of home-based ABA experience


* Familiarity with various Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS, etc.)

$75-$95
