We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and lead our therapeutic services with expertise and compassion.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.Supervise and provide guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.Deliver direct ABA therapy and monitor client progress.Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment.Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust interventions as needed.Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on ABA strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy.Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
