Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Clinical Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and is able to perform and excel with the following duties: Director Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interviewing, On-boarding, and training new staff. Assist with scheduling/changes Oversee office personal for following protocol/procedures Evaluate employees on a rotating quarterly schedule Evaluate the necessity and effectiveness of clinical resources Maintain a positive workplace culture Delegate task to qualified staff Inform owner of clinical status BCBA Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited too Providing direct supervision to RBTs within BACB standards Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families Conducting assessments and writing reports (Vineland, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, etc) Trainings: Staff training and development & Parent/Caretaker trainings Ensure client's onboarding and reauthorization are completed in a timely manner. Maintain certification, licenses, NPI, and Qualifications: Board Certification and Licensed in the state of Texas Masters Degree Management experience Proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum Flexibility About you: Organized Personality Effective Communicator Self-Governed Compensation: We offer a highly competitive compensation package.
