Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): OnPoint is seeking an energetic, organized, committed professional to fill the position of full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides and monitors Autism and Family Support Services in alignment with Michigan Medicaid behavioral health treatment requirements, ensuring children and families with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnoses receive medically necessary services that are of the highest quality and delivered through evidenced based interventions. A BCBA also supports the needs of the agency and community through provision of ongoing training and consultation in alignment with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in relevant field with appropriate licensure required.
BCBA Certification/Licensure or eligible to complete certification in compliance with timeframe outlined in the Medicaid Manual.
Must currently be in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).
Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorders and their impact on families?
Experience working with adults living with an I/DD, including implementation of behavior support plans.
Experience in a variety of settings when working with individuals with ASD, including home, school, and other community-based settings.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a group setting and with other professionals.
Experience with or working knowledge of evidenced based assessment tools such as the VBMAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Peak, Essentials for Living, etc.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Family Support and Training to clients with Autism and other behavior disorders.
Provide behavioral support by attending Behavior Treatment Committee meetings, writing, and implementing Behavior Plans and other assessments, and with ongoing behavioral consultation with agency staff.
Oversee the review and approval of Provider ABA Intervention Plans
Perform other duties as assigned.
