Speaking of goals, CDD offers incentives based on meeting agency-wide goals._*JOB DESCRIPTION **Summary/Objective *The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing behavioral analysis services to develop individualized behavior plans for individuals using the service. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, provide training to staff, and monitor the progress of the individuals to ensure they achieve their goals.
