WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We proudly provide our Board Certified Behavioral Analysts - BCBAs a competitive salary ranging from
$85,000 to $95,000, with up to $10,000 in bonus opportunities . Our human services team also receives these excellent benefits:

Supervision hours for indirect and direct hours to meet the BACB requirements
This hybrid BCBA can work

WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR OUR BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL ANALYST - BCBA?
Current BCBA certification
Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
Ability to write complex behavior support plans
Strong communication skills, including intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
