Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. As a BCBA, you will play a key role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, training staff, collaborating with families and caregivers, and ensuring the delivery of effective, person-centered services.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
* Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention programs for clients.
* Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians and other staff members.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress, modify interventions as needed, and make data-driven decisions.
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
* Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
* Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
* Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical or educational setting.
* Strong clinical skills in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in data collection and analysis using ABA methodologies and tools.
* Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to ABA services.
