About the Role The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors.

Candidates for the Board of Directors at the company should be prepared to commit to a 3-year term, attend regular meetings, and actively participate in board discussions.
The role requires a high level of sensitivity and awareness of the circumstances of the organization's target population, as well as the ability to build collegial relationships with fellow board members and the executive director.
Experience in fundraising, public policy influence, and a strong network of connections are highly valued.
The Board operates under a set of organizational bylaws, and individual directors must adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and execute a Conflict of Interest Assessment annually.
