Youre a key piece of the puzzle, taking great care to make sure every single thing is cleaned and sanitized to the highest of standards.
Responsibilities:
Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training Washes and provides clean and sanitized plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using Flanigans sanitation policies Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift Maintain kitchen area cleanliness ; sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc Perform assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing Qualifications:
Can physically stand/walk 100 % of shift Can reach, bend, stoop Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions Ability to speak, read and write English Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
