Body Shop Estimator & Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced, energetic estimator and supervisor for our body shop in the north Jersey/Paterson area.
Estimator Responsibilities:
Estimate writing for all labor and partsObtaining competitive parts price quotesRepair selling, problem-solving, negotiating with insurance and customersAssist with quality assurance on all completed jobsEstimator Requirements: Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendorsStrong attention to detailPreferred but not Required Experiences:  At least three years of experience as a Body Shop Estimator. Heavy Duty Truck experience is preferredExperience managing other technicians is preferredExperience with estimating software such as Mitchell, Adjustrite, TruckEst or CCC preferredCompensation and benefits:
