Bookkeeper - Construction

Our well-established construction client in the Newnan area has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper with construction industry accounting and QuickBooks software experience.


Duties:Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
Including A/R collections.Run by weekly payroll for 20-30 employees using ADP.Job costing.Reconcile bank feeds for bank and credit card accounts.Oversee monthly project billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Generate and present extensive progress reports to all stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and milestones.Facilitate job start and closeout processes for projects, including coordinating documentation and approvals.Qualifications:Minimum five years of experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping within a construction company.QuickBooks experience requiredExperience with ADP run payroll processing is a plus.
Base salary $65k-$75 plus excellent benefits and opportunity for long-term growth.
