Bookkeeper (Hybrid)

CFS is partnering with a prominent real estate company in the Austin area to find a skilled Bookkeeper ready to contribute to a dynamic and thriving team.

Role Overview: As a Bookkeeper, you will be integral to managing accurate financial records and supporting various accounting functions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Processing Transactions: Accurately handle daily financial transactions and manage the posting process. Managing Accounts: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoice and payment processing. Generating Reports: Prepare detailed month-end and quarterly financial statements and reports. Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile and balance ledgers to maintain precise records. Budget Support: Assist with budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure they align with budgeted amounts. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record as a Bookkeeper with hands-on experience using Yardi. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Systems Proficiency: Skilled in Yardi and Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. Skills: Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
