Overview of the Bookkeeper Role: In this position, you will be pivotal in maintaining precise financial records and assisting with various accounting functions.
Key responsibilities include:

Handle daily financial transactions with accuracy and manage the posting process effectively. Oversee both accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt processing of invoices and payments. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and reports. Reconcile and balance ledgers to maintain accuracy. Assist with budget preparation and track expenses to ensure alignment with budgeted figures. Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper: Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper, with practical knowledge of Yardi. Systems: Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Excel, including skills in PivotTables and VLOOKUPs. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
