Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and paymentsProcess and manage accounts payable and accounts receivableReconcile bank statements on a monthly basisCreate monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecastingManage and track inventory and assist with purchasing decisionsCoordinate with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-dateAssist with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environmentProficiency in Microsoft ExcelSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyLocal to San Antonio, partial remote job/partial office
