We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time QuickBooks Bookkeeper tfor one of our clients on a contract-to-hire basis.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with month-end closing.
This position offers flexible hours and the potential for a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Assist with payroll processing and related reports.
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Support the preparation for audits and tax filings.
Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
