Bookkeeper

Job Overview: You will be responsible for our firm's invoicing, bank reconciliations, accounts receivables/payables, and recording info into QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
Enter payments/payroll info into QuickBooksEnter Account Receivables and Payables to QuickBooks.Monthly and quarterly reportsUpdate and track sales.Creating invoices and sending to clients.Reviewing all invoices to ensure they are accurate
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Business or Accounting.General understanding to bookkeeping tasks1-2 years of bookkeeping experience.Strong knowledge of excel.Focused, not easily distracted and strong ability to pay close attention to detail.
