**USC, Permanent Resident, GC Holder Duties And Responsibilities Customer Invoicing/receive payments Monthly/ Quarterly reporting for sales/ accounts receivable/ financial statements Keeping accurate records and organized paper and electronic files Various Administrative functions and projects using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Prepares weekly reports for AR and AP Conduct monthly account reconciliations Prepare reports and ensure legal compliance Assistance with additional administrative projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, OR minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance or bookkeeping Experience in bookkeeping Strong numerical skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail required Thorough knowledge and understanding of QuickBooks (online and desktop versions) Strong Verbal & Written communication skills Proficient Skills in Client Excel Experience with Accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger Sales tax experience - preferred Sales tax audit experience - preferred Benefits Outstanding benefits package including 100% Employer Paid Health Benefits, 401k Match, Profit Sharing & Annual Bonus.
