We're looking for a part-time Bookkeeping Consultant who can give our clients a fantastic experience, drive retention and provide best-in-class bookkeeping services to profit and non-profit clients in multiple states and industries. This is a truly unique opportunity to utilize both your bookkeeping and account management skills to help start-up to mid-size businesses grow. This is a hybrid position as some clients may require on-site work; remote roles must be able to work in multiple time-zones.
You will be responsible for: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.Able to create a quarterly sales tax report to identify taxable vs. non-taxable sales, and to record states tax collected. Prepare and generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Perform accurate data entry and maintain meticulous financial records.Organize and keep financial documents up-to-date for easy access and reporting.Assist with financial audits and regulatory compliance as needed.
