Our client is growing and needs a Bookkeeper with QuickBooks experience.

Duties: Process Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProcess Payroll for 30 employees using ADPOrganize, maintain and closeout invoices from vendorsManage and maintain multiple projects and accounts simultaneously by organizing, sorting, and authenticating documents (Liens, COI's) in a timely mannerManage schedules, organize office functions and oversee daily operations for multiple employees and contractorsOrder supplies and other clerical duties Requirements: Five or more years of Bookkeeping experienceQuickBooks experience is a MUST
