Schedule: 6:00-2:30. Hours expected to change to 8:00-4:30 at some point.
Location: 100% in office M-F, Gallatin, TN
Projected Start Date: Monday, Dec. 2, 6:00am

Overview of Tasks and Responsibilities: AP / AR Property Taxes Bank Reconciliations Perform Month-end close Experience with Grant Accounting (Government) Payroll for 10 employees ACH payment conversion (currently in process) Fixed Asset Management Manage budgeting/funds for new and ongoing projects Software: QuickBooks (must have) Qualifications: Jump In - Learn processes and industry quickly and has a solid accounting/bookkeeping foundation Government Experience Required Utilizes Resources / Quick Learner Good Work Ethic / Attitude Time Management Handle Diversity
