New Grad Opportunity! Are you a recent graduate in the field of Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), eager to embark on a dynamic primary care career? Fellowship Program DetailsShift Requirements: 40h/week M-F
Fellow Compensation: $60/hr
Program Length: 6 months

Utilize diagnostic tests effectively to guide clinical decisions.Collaborative Management: Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and holistic, patient-centered care.Procedures: Perform routine and specialized procedures, ensuring safety and patient comfort.Chronic and Acute Care: Manage chronic conditions using evidence-based guidelines. Address acute care needs efficiently, maintaining a steady patient flow.Patient Education: Provide counseling on lifestyle changes, mental health, and medication management to enhance patient adherence and outcomes.Research engagement: Gain experience with clinical research by learning and actively participating in clinical research studies as a sub-investigator.About YouMedical/Master's degree and certification.Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant and current national certification.OR - RN - Valid license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.National certification upon completion of fellowship program.Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.Maintain a controlled substance license along with an unrestricted Massachusetts DEA license.Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and impartiality at all times.PerksHands-free charting with an AI-enabled notes assistant within our proprietary EHR.Competitive salary with incentives, wRVU bonus plan and weekend/holiday pay differentials.Paid time off, paid sick leave, paid training time off.Comprehensive benefits package effective day one, including medical, dental & vision.401k with employer match and pre-tax commuter benefits (transit and parking).FSA, HSA, and dependent care options.Medical malpractice and tail insurance covered.Full-time providers are reimbursed for state licenses, Board Certification, and BLS certification.Paid Sabbatical at eligible time of service milestone years.Employee referral bonus program, employee resource groups, and professional development.Carbon Health is a leading national healthcare provider with a mission to make high-quality healthcare accessible to everyone.
