General Summary of Duties:
The Bourbon Steak Bartender is responsible for providing attentive, warm, and detailed service to all guests at the Sky Bar.
Bartenders will be responsible for serving beverages, managing the service bar, and assisting the team where necessary.
Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):
Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimumMaintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tallyDeliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and maintain a safe environmentKeep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health departmentDevelop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar in the Duke Lounge satisfied at all timesClear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shiftPerform additional duties and projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beveragesWorking knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usageAbility to perform basic math skillsAbility to handle money and make correct changeComprehension of POS systemAbility to speak, read, write and understand EnglishProfessional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment
Education:
High School education or equivalentPrevious hospitality and bartending experience is required
