Job Title: Box Office - FPAC On-Call Staff (Fall 2024) Department: Fine & Performing Arts Center Work Location: Main Campus Duties: On-Call FPAC Staff (Box Office) carries out ticket sales and other transactions in person and by phone, is a point of reference for inquiries, and provides exceptional customer service. This position requires a flexible schedule since evening and weekend hours are required. Education/Experience: Minimum of a high school diploma or high school equivalency general education degree (GED) required. Please be sure to list relevant experience on your application materials. Qualifications: Two or more years of customer service and cash handling experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, etc.), Outlook email and internet; familiarity with ticketing software a plus Motivated, self-directed; strong administrative and communication skills Ability to work both as part of a team and independently Enthusiasm and passion for the arts Available to work evenings and weekends.
