Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and reinforce the Mega culture, customer service, and performance expectations• Train and onboard department team members• Finalize and approve weekly work schedule for all departments• Conduct performance reviews and document policy violations• Build relationships with team members and provide guidance• Process customer purchases, stock inventory, and maintain clean store appearance• Adhere to promotional schedules and control cash merchandise shortages• Enforce check and credit card acceptance policies• Prepare reports and deposits, monitor food service areas• Schedule team members and communicate with district managers and Store Support Center Staff
Requirements
• Ability to effectively interact with customers and team members• Excellent time management and multitasking skills• Good oral and written communication• Understanding of safety requirements and policies• Proficiency in using cash registers and gas console equipment• Knowledge of bagging techniques and grocery items• Basic knowledge of car care and tourist information• Commitment to excellence in customer service and company values• High School Diploma or equivalent• Previous cash register experience preferred
