POSITION Brake Press Operator
JOB LOCATION Ixonia, WI
STARTING DATE Start as soon as possible!
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st Shift (6: 00am-2: 00pm)
STARTING PAY $28.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Read blueprints and drawings to determine bends, dimensions, and tolerances.
Setup and fasten tooling; startup machine or depress pedal to lower ram.
Be able to detect misalignment or malfunction and make routine adjustments.
Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. To load/unload equipment or worktables.
Perform cleaning, lubrication, and general maintenance on machines.
Follow quality procedures and complete necessary documentation.
Follow inventory procedures and complete necessary documentation.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Experience with Brake Press, required.
High school diploma or general educational development (GED).
Read and interpret blueprints, technical standards, and specifications, preferred.
Be able to read calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tape measure.
