Job Description Cintas is seeking for a Branch Manager to assist in managing all aspects of a rental location. Specifically, support will be focused on ensuring the efficiency of the location's Production, Service and Office related functions. Responsibilities include work directly with the General Manager, Plant Manager, Office Manager, Service Manager(s), Route Service Sales Representatives and Office partners at a location. Responsibilities include administrative and fiscal responsibilitie; hands-on tasks to include recruiting, hiring, training, leading and motivating a team of direct reports; projects related to delivering world class customer service internal sales, growth, profit and key performance indicators. Competitive salary, plus car allowance and expense package.
Skills/Qualifications Required
Valid driver's license High School Diploma/GED Ability to travel approximately 5% of the time, including overnight travel Preferred
