As a Branch Manager, you will inspire and guide a team of 3-6 employees towards achieving service-oriented goals. Job Responsibilities Coaches and develops employees to enhance their cross-selling abilities, sales knowledge, and overall sales performance.Coaching and developing staff members, i.e., Personal Development Plans.Team building of subordinates, including promoting a positive culture.Ensure employee satisfaction and positive team culture.Recommends candidates for hire, termination, or discipline.Expertise in funding consumer loans, as well as reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness; assists members with completing documents; researches and resolves related issues.Complete understanding of all branch operations is essential, encompassing audit, branch operations certifications, ATM fulfillment, and the maintenance of vaults and cash negotiables.Directs daily activities of the branch.Direct supervision over branch personnel including determining personnel requirements of the branch and providing for the selection, placement, promotion or transfer of properly qualified personnel ensuring support of and compliance with equal employment programs and law.Reviewing progress of assignments; conducting performance appraisals and recommending salary adjustments, employee status change, etc.Developing higher levels of expertise in staff members by conducting Personal Development Plans and encouraging further education, participation in seminars and Credit Union training programs, and providing learning opportunities within the branch.Performs all duties in compliance with laws, regulations, Credit Union policies and procedures.Must comply with all BSA and OFAC regulations.Qualifications, capabilities and skills High School graduate or equivalent.
