The Opportunity Based in Mandurah, WA, the Branch Manager is accountable for managing operations across 3 primary sites, whilst delivering exceptional service quality to customers and ultimately achieving operational and business performance targets.
About the role: Provide frontline Health & Safety, Operational, Financial and Maintenance leadership to a diverse team of ~95 employees across the Mandurah portfolio.Drive a culture of compliance and safety to ensure effective risk and compliance initiatives are established and promoted.Ensure that appropriate performance reviews, talent management and succession plans are in place to maximise engagement and retention of employees.Ensure the appropriate equipment is available to meet operational requirements.Partner with the commercial finance team to deliver data integrity and process improvements for sustainable growth in market.Monitor and manage activities of the Branch and be accountable for the overall operational and financial performance including Profit and Loss reporting, budget preparation, forecast reviews, and achieving agreed targets.Manage a substantial local government waste services portfolio.About You Our preferred candidate will be a strong people leader with significant P&L management experience, and a history of delivering strong results across all key business performance metrics.
