Job Summary The Branch President oversees the operational and financial performance of a RowCal branch, aligning branch activities with company-wide goals to drive growth, exceptional customer service, and high client and staff retention.
This role requires a dynamic leader with strategic vision, excellent people management skills, and a commitment to RowCal's values of trust, innovation, fun, and growth.
Role and Responsibilities Talent Management: Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline of branch staff to ensure a high-performing, motivated team.
Promote an inclusive, collaborative work culture that fosters engagement and retention. Operational Oversight: Provide guidance on complex issues, ensure adherence to company policies, and support teams in delivering top-tier customer service.
Conduct regular check-ins and manage annual performance reviews. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement branch strategies that align with RowCal's mission, driving growth in key performance areas and client satisfaction. Client and Team Retention: Maintain high client and staff retention through effective communication, engagement, and leadership.
Address client and team needs promptly to uphold RowCal's commitment to excellent service. Growth Initiatives: Implement and oversee regional growth strategies, including marketing campaigns, referral programs, and networking events to drive organic client acquisition. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and adaptation. Financial Management: Oversee branch budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance with financial policies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure the branch meets RowCal's regulatory and policy standards, maintaining transparency, accuracy, and adherence to all company protocols. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to achieve branch objectives and uphold RowCal's standards. Qualifications and Education Requirements Minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the property management or HOA industry. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required. Proven record of excellent client service, managing both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must hold a valid driver's license and have the ability to travel as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with CINC, WebAxis, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or similar CRM and property management software. CAI Designations such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Physical Requirements Capability to travel to multiple locations as required. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and move between standing, sitting, and walking as necessary. Ability to visit branch offices and associations and inspect the sites. Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at times.
