Brand Ambassador Location: Atlanta, GA Job Status: Full-Time Responsibilities: Work in the fieldVisit retail locations in and around the state New locations will require multiple days on-site as you introduce United Gaming programs to the playersExisting locations will get much more targeted visits and you will be expected to see multiple locations in a single dayEngage game players and inform them of United Gaming's Loyalty Rewards program and other special promotions. Help players sign up and show them how to collect and redeem points for gifts/rewards.Hand out United Rewards swag for signups and other promotions. Participate in weekly meetings either in-person or via video conference  Requirements: At least 21 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED equivalentA sales, hospitality, or event promotions background Outgoing, ability to learn and upsell United Gaming's Rewards program and ongoing promotionsBasic computer/smartphone knowledge Knowledge of coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) gaming is a plus Willingness to travel around an assigned territoryExcellent oral and written communication skillsWork well under pressure and manage stressful situations with easeOrganized, efficient, and results-drivenStrong customer service and customer engagement skills United Gaming is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
