Brand Ambassador Overview The primary role of each Brand Ambassador (promoter) will be to increase awareness of venues and events Ballpark Commons to increase sales. The promoter will not only focus on getting guests to the destination, but they will also be working closely with the venue's operations team to ensure that the experience is properly delivered to each guest. Additionally, promoters will be expected to know of any/all events, discounts or specials going on at campus venues while continuously checking in on any potential wait times.
Ballpark Commons' Brand Ambassadors are dynamic individuals who exhibit ambition. It is important for promoters to possess excellent communication skills and a vibrant personality; they must also be willing to engage with our guests. The Brand Ambassador's compensation is hourly.
